hello!

A little about us

What we do

Now we have become the most unique and effective mentoring and counseling organization in the world, for adolescents undergoing their own education transitions. We are not exclusive and we do not screen our students. If you want to get into an Ivy League school, great. If you have the numbers and the motivation, we will help you every step of the way. If you’re looking for a top school that fits your personality, we will help you identify the best options. In fact, we most excel in getting to know the families and the students and learning about your unique qualities and characteristics.

No matter who you are or where your interests may lie, we are here to help you develop and achieve your goals. Our primary motivating factor is the understanding that college and education, as an entire experience, can change the course of people’s lives. Our greatest strengths are a deep understanding of the world of higher education matched with commitment to understanding each client, to find the “betterU” for you. While we understand that some people may choose to walk this path alone, we want to make certain that those who want a guide or a partner are not left behind.

Thanks for taking the time to learn more about us!

Sincerely,
Brady Norvall, C.E.O.

How we do it

Everything involved with the university applications and acceptances will be our responsibility. Of course, there will be essays and deadlines. We help each student understand and tell their most captivating narrative. Yet it's the smaller details, the minutiae of the process, where we excel: testing and writing timelines; activity planning; summer opportunities; communicating with the universities; campus visits; class selection; identifying right-fit universities; understanding scholarship and financial aid processes; making sure all the proper documents are submitted; and helping to make the best choice when the acceptances come in.
